Here we can hopefully answer a few of the more common questions you may have. If you are still unsure just send us a message, it will be replied to in plain english, no jargon.
Q. Why do I need a website designer?
A. Simply put, to save yourself a lot of time and hassle. Building a website isn't the easiest thing to do. Even thought there are many website building programs out there, none of them are as good as a proficient designer.
Q. Ok, but why you?
A. We have been putting peoples ideas into reality now for over 5 years with many satisfied customers, several of whom keep coming back for updates and happily refer new customers to us. We pride ourselves on our friendliness and helpful attitude.
Q. How come you are cheaper than other designers?
A. Its called being realistic, many simply overcharge massively. We know how long most things take and have very little in the way of overheads so we charge what we feel is a fair price, we hope you agree.
Q. How long can I expect my website to take?
A.That depends on how quickly we can agree on a layout and design between us. Once we have a design that is agreed upon it should take not longer than a week or two. But we can take longer to provide the site if it is overly complex or requires several changes from you the client.
Q. What about payment, how and when do we pay?
A. How is taken care of by Paypal. This keeps things secure for all of us, in this day and age we are sure you will appreciate security. As for when we do take an upfront deposit of £50 on starter sites and £100 on larger sites, this covers us for time spent should you cancel your order. The rest is paid on proof of a complete layout you can be happy with, once paid the site will then be made live for you.
Q. What if I am still not sure what I want?
A. Just ask, we are perfectly happy to suggest ideas for you, we have designed several sites from most aspects of business and leisure and have a fairly good idea of what people like to see.
